Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimise our product listings. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce operations, particularly in product listing and catalogue management, as well as advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Online Platform(titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, and attributes).
- Conduct competitor research and optimise listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor product performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
- Handle product image uploads and ensure accuracy in product details.
- Maintain reports using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely customer communication.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce operations (preferably Etsy or similar marketplaces).
- Strong knowledge of listing optimisation, keyword usage, and SEO.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
