Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Ecommerce Executivewith hands-on experience in managing UAE online marketplaces (Amazon.ae, Noon, etc.), specifically in the Furniture & Home Dcorcategory. The candidate should be skilled in cataloging, advertising campaigns, advanced Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to drive growth using marketplace insights and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

Manage daily operations on Amazon.ae, Noon, and other UAE marketplaces.

Create, optimize, and manage product listings with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, keywords, and enhanced content (A+).

Ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate stock visibility, and order fulfillment coordination with logistics and factory teams.

Advertising & Promotions

Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads, PPC campaigns, and Dealsacross marketplaces.

Monitor and analyze ad metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate) to maximize efficiency.

Strategize seasonal campaigns and platform promotions to increase sales for furniture & home dcor SKUs.

Reports & Analytics

Generate regular reports on sales, ad performance, returns, product trends, and competitor pricing.

Use Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data models)to track performance.

Recommend actionable insights to boost visibility, conversions, and revenue.

Account Health & Compliance

Monitor account health metrics including product ratings, customer feedback, and platform penalties.

Handle claims, returns, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Coordination & Website Support

Work closely with dispatch, design, marketing, and management teams for smooth operations.

Support updates on the company's D2C website(banners, collections, offers, etc.).

Required Skills

Experience in UAE ecommerce portals: Amazon.ae, Noon.

Hands-on expertise in Ads Manager, Sponsored Ads, and CPC bidding.

Advanced Excel skillsfor analytics & reporting.

Strong knowledge of Furniture & Home Dcor category cataloging.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data & marketplace trends.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

24 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in Furniture / Home Dcor brands.
