Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities -
A)Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)
B) Create, update, and maintain product details (price, images, descriptions, inventory)
C) Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
D) Monitor orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
E) Handle basic customer queries related to orders and delivery
F) Track daily sales, inventory levels, and prepare basic reports
G) Support campaign activities, discounts, and offers
H) Ensure smooth functioning of website operations and flag technical issues
I) Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and tech teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications-
A) Experience working with Shopify/e-commerce platforms
B) Basic understanding of online order lifecycle
C) Good coordination and communication skills
D) Attention to detail and ability to multitask
E) Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
F) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Good to Have)-
A) Experience with tools like EasyEcom / Shiprocket / OMS/Unicommerce
B) Knowledge of e-commerce operations in fashion or D2C brands
C) Exposure to campaigns, sales events, or festive sales
