Hyve Sports Pvt Ltd is a sports apparel customisation manufacturing company located at Kinfra Apparel Park, Trivandrum, Kerala. We are looking for E-commerce Executives who can join our team immediately. The candidate is required to work from office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and day-to-day operations on Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), including product updates, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure product pages contain accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and details.
- Update website content such as homepage banners, collections, and promotional sections.
- Monitor website performance and ensure smooth browsing and checkout experience.
- Track store performance including traffic, sales, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV).
- Create and manage discount campaigns, coupon codes, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign launches and product promotions.
- Manage order operations including orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability to avoid stock-outs.
- Manage abandoned cart recovery campaigns through WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation tools.
- Follow up on payment failure transactions and COD order confirmations when required.
- Work with customer support teams to resolve order-related issues and improve customer experience.
- Manage Shopify apps and integrations such as payment gateways, shipping tools, and automation platforms.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports on store performance and key e-commerce metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 13 years of experience working with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of online order lifecycle and e-commerce operations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
