Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage product listings and advertising campaigns across online marketplaces. The role focuses on improving product visibility, conversions, and sales through optimized listings and effective ad management.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management

Create, upload, and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.

Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve search ranking and conversions

Ensure accuracy of product data (pricing, inventory, images, attributes)

Coordinate with internal teams for content, images, and catalogue updates

Monitor listing health, suppressions, and resolve errors

Ads & Promotions Management

Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)

Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and display campaigns

Track ad performance (ROAS, ACoS, CPC, CTR) and optimize budgets

Plan deals, discounts, and promotional campaigns during sales events

Analyze competitor ads and pricing strategies

Performance & Reporting

Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion metrics

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for listings and ads

Identify growth opportunities based on data insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub

Good understanding of SEO for product listings

Experience in managing marketplace ad campaigns

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of keyword research tools

Experience with catalogue tools and bulk uploads

Understanding of GST, invoicing, and marketplace policies
