Job description:
At Kitchen Spurs, the E-commerce Executive/Manager is responsible for how brands show up on Swiggy and Zomato. This role is execution-focused, ensuring menus are accurate, optimised, and consistently updated to drive better visibility, conversion, and contribution margins.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end catalog updates across Swiggy, Zomato, and POS systems
- Ensure menu accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates across all outlets
- Execute menu structuring, naming, tagging, and categorisation for better discoverability
- Edit, optimise & upload product images as per provided guidelines
- Handle bulk updates including pricing changes, combos, and add-ons
- Identify gaps in restaurant menu-mix using data and competitor benchmarking
- Work closely with business teams to implement catalog changes that drive growth
- Follow and maintain SOPs across all catalog-related workflows
- Ensure quick turnaround times and high accuracy in all updates
- Support day-to-day Swiggy/Zomato management operations as the backend execution engine
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, catalog management, or marketplace operations
- Experience working on Swiggy, Zomato, or any marketplace platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a zero-error mindset
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools for bulk actions
- Good understanding of food menus, pairings, and what drives conversions
- Ability to manage multiple brands/outlets simultaneously
- Strong ownership and ability to execute reliably under timelines
