As we continue to expand across multiple online marketplaces, we are looking for an experienced and passionate E-Commerce Executive to join our team and manage marketplace operations efficiently.

Job Overview

The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms like FirstCry, Meesho, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, cataloging, inventory handling, sales growth strategies, and coordinating with different internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
  • Handle complete marketplace operations for FirstCry, Meesho, and Myntra.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day management of seller panels and dashboards.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and maintain healthy account metrics.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities and issue resolution.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
  • Create and manage product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, specifications, and images.
  • Ensure all listings are properly optimized for better visibility and conversions.
  • Update product catalogs regularly, including pricing, stock, attributes, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for listing creatives and banners.
Inventory & Order Management
  • Track inventory levels across marketplaces to avoid stock-outs or overselling.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock planning and replenishment.
  • Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, RTOs, and dispatch timelines.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and timely issue resolution.
Sales & Performance Tracking
  • Analyze sales trends, product performance, and customer demand.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketplace rankings.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, campaigns, and category trends.
Campaigns & Promotions
  • Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate participation in platform sales events and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for sponsored ads and visibility campaigns.
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
  • Resolve marketplace-related customer issues and escalations.
  • Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate with support teams for return, refund, and replacement management.
Skills & Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in handling marketplaces like FirstCry, Meesho, and Myntra.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience with catalog management and inventory handling.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of marketplace advertisements and promotions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Prior experience in D2C brands or kids category brands will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience with multiple marketplaces and seller panels.
  • Understanding of marketplace algorithms and product ranking strategies.
