About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Executive to support Amazon marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of international e-commerce platforms and a keen interest in online marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Amazon marketplace operations
- Handle product listings, catalog updates, and inventory coordination
- Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth marketplace operations
- Maintain marketplace performance and ensure timely updates
- Assist in account handling for international e-commerce marketplaces
- Prepare basic reports related to sales and account performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in E-commerce
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and international marketplaces
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic Excel knowledge preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with internship or hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms will be preferred
