About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Executive to support Amazon marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of international e-commerce platforms and a keen interest in online marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Amazon marketplace operations
• Handle product listings, catalog updates, and inventory coordination
• Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth marketplace operations
• Maintain marketplace performance and ensure timely updates
• Assist in account handling for international e-commerce marketplaces
• Prepare basic reports related to sales and account performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in E-commerce
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and international marketplaces
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic Excel knowledge preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with internship or hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms will be preferred
