Over the last 40+ years, Jyoti has built a significant presence across Western and Central India. We're now at a stage where we're focusing on deepening this presence while expanding to other regions and channels, and we're now looking for an Ecommerce Executive to strengthen our operational capacity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating and managing product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Brand Website.
- Uploading and managing Images, Descriptions, Titles, and A+ content on these product listings.
- Coordinating Dispatches and Returns with the warehouse team for e-commerce orders.
- Maintaining records of orders, returns, and FBA/FBF dispatches on Excel.
- Coordinating with Amazon and Flipkart support and account teams to resolve issues.
- Coordinating and working on miscellaneous operational and record-keeping tasks.
- Managing E-commerce Ad Campaigns and eventually leading ads across E-commerce Platforms.
Qualities and Skills we need from you:
- High agency and ownership.
- Prior experience of using Excel and maintaining records.
- 1-2 years of prior experience working on e-commerce platforms (Amazon and Flipkart).
- Working knowledge of Flipkart and Amazon ads platforms.
- Desire and willingness to learn (extremely important).
This is a full-time position and you'll be working out of our office in Pune.
