Looking for a tech-savvy Support Executive Intern, to help support and manage customer data on ecommerce portal. The candidate should be able to effectively organize, upload and update customer information, while also addressing level 1 customer queries. Help improve overall customer experience on the ecommerce portal, by engaging customers.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Demonstrate knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Upload and manage product details, including images and descriptions, on e-commerce platforms.
- Provide Level 1 customer support by handling basic queries and resolving issues.
