Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Executive role based in Gurugram. The E-Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and brand-owned platforms, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory checks, and order processing. The role involves optimizing product content and imagery, coordinating promotions and campaigns, and working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve online performance. The E-Commerce Executive will monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion, and sales, prepare regular performance reports, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement. The role also includes managing online customer queries in coordination with support teams to uphold a high standard of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to track KPIs, interpret data, and make data-informed decisions for e-commerce growth.
  • Experience in Account Management to handle marketplace relationships, coordinate with platform representatives, and maintain compliance with platform policies.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to plan and execute online promotions, manage sales funnels, and support revenue targets.
  • Proven Team Management capabilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or D2C brands (beauty, lifestyle, or luxury preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplace dashboards, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in product content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
