Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist with 36 years of hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, Big Basket) and executing ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, and BigBasket.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and content to increase visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for promotions, deals, and logistics.
- Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize for ROI, and manage ad budgets efficiently.
- Utilize tools like Google Merchant Center and Facebook Business Manager.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
- Generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and e-commerce performance.
- Create detailed monthly/quarterly performance reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in fmcg foods beverage e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Proven success in managing campaigns and marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Google Analytics & Google Merchant Center
- Facebook Ads Manager & Facebook Pixel
- Marketplace back-end platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
- Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console (a plus)
