About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalogue Manager to manage and optimize our product listings across our website and various marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce cataloguing, product presentation, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product listings on the Kuberbox website and marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product data including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
- Coordinate with photography and design teams to ensure high-quality product visuals
- Regularly audit listings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness
- Handle bulk uploads, catalog updates, and inventory syncing
- Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure timely uploads of new collections and product updates
- Stay updated with marketplace guidelines, policies, and trends
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in e-commerce cataloguing or similar role
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (bulk uploads, data handling)
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, photography, marketing)
- Prior experience in jewellery or fashion industry is a plus
