Catalogue & Operations Executive
Key Requirements
- Set up merchant product catalogs on the Flash platform.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, categorization, and images.
- Regularly audit catalogs to maintain consistency and quality.
- Implement and manage promotional pricing, discounts, and seasonal changes.
- Work closely with merchants to gather catalog details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely updates.
- Ensure smooth functioning of catalog data during high-demand periods.
- Maintain records of catalog changes and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
- 02 years of experience in e-commerce, catalog management, or operations (freshers welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Canva.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with merchants and cross-functional teams.
