Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategy for D2C website.
- Drive online sales, conversion rates, AOV, and customer repeat rate.
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, and promotions.
- Create and optimize cataloging, search visibility, and SEO for product pages.
- Monitor website analytics and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Business & Revenue Management
- Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets and track KPIs.
- Develop business plans, sales forecasts, assortment strategies, and demand planning.
- Coordinate with merchandising to ensure right product mix and inventory availability.
- Evaluate new growth channels, partnerships, and digital opportunities.
Performance Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with marketing teams/agencies on paid ads, social campaigns & performance metrics.
- Allocate budgets for campaigns based on ROI and CAC goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations to improve efficiency.
Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee order processing, logistics, delivery timelines, and returns.
- Improve end-to-end customer experience: packaging, communication, support, and feedback loops.
- Work with operations to maintain SLA adherence and streamline processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with design & merchandising for new launches, images, and product details.
- Coordinate with retail and production teams for stock allocation.
- Collaborate with tech for website improvements and UI/UX enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 47 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably jewellery, fashion, or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales levers, website analytics, and performance marketing.
- Excellent skills in MIS, reporting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads etc
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
