Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

  • Build and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategy for D2C website.
  • Drive online sales, conversion rates, AOV, and customer repeat rate.
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, and promotions.
  • Create and optimize cataloging, search visibility, and SEO for product pages.
  • Monitor website analytics and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Business & Revenue Management

  • Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets and track KPIs.
  • Develop business plans, sales forecasts, assortment strategies, and demand planning.
  • Coordinate with merchandising to ensure right product mix and inventory availability.
  • Evaluate new growth channels, partnerships, and digital opportunities.

Performance Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing teams/agencies on paid ads, social campaigns & performance metrics.
  • Allocate budgets for campaigns based on ROI and CAC goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations to improve efficiency.

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Oversee order processing, logistics, delivery timelines, and returns.
  • Improve end-to-end customer experience: packaging, communication, support, and feedback loops.
  • Work with operations to maintain SLA adherence and streamline processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with design & merchandising for new launches, images, and product details.
  • Coordinate with retail and production teams for stock allocation.
  • Collaborate with tech for website improvements and UI/UX enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 47 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably jewellery, fashion, or D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales levers, website analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent skills in MIS, reporting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads etc
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced envir
