Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own category strategy and execution across the companys D2C offerings (Puja Kits, Spiritual Products, Temple Offerings, etc.)
  • Manage the Shopify website end-to-end including product uploads, collections, banners, SEO, plugins, and checkout flows.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to improve UX, performance, and mobile optimization.
  • Plan and execute merchandising strategies: pricing, offers, bundles, and inventory management.
  • Track and optimize funnel metrics: sessions, conversions, bounce rates, and repeat purchases.
  • Work with logistics and ops teams to streamline order fulfillment, returns, and SLA adherence.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, performance marketing, and CRM activities.

What We re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in D2C, category management, or e-commerce roles.
  • Prior hands-on experience managingShopify websites end-to-endisa must.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and basic SQL.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior in Bharat (Tier 2 3 India is a plus).
  • Highly collaborative, structured, and focused on outcomes.

Good to Have

  • Experience in spiritual, cultural, wellness, or FMCG categories.
  • Exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain planning.
  • Strong design or creative sense to influence visual merchandising.
