Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven E-Commerce Executive to support and scale Snackible's E-Commerce and Quick-Commerce vertical, the company's largest and fastest-growing business line. The role involves managing day-to-day platform operations, owning data reporting and analysis, supporting new product launches, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution across marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations across E-commerce & Quick-commerce platforms.
- Handle data entry, report preparation, tracker updates, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Own NPI listings across platforms including content, pricing, and visibility checks.
- Oversee, Analyse & Manage Meta Ads reporting.
- Conduct competitive analysis and assist in developing relevant growth strategies.
- Oversee interns and ensure timely, accurate execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Support platform hygiene including listings accuracy, stock visibility, and issue resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory
- Experience/Knowledge of Meta is required.
- High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and performance trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced set
