Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for growth in relation to Nomura s Fixed Income electronic business.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategic presentations and documents for client pitches, marketing materials etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations for Fixed Income trading desks.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track market data and trends.
  • Provide analytical support for client engagements including data analysis and research.

Mind Set:

Mandatory Desired Domain

  • Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with data analysis and market research.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
  • Strong understanding of Flow Business (FI or FX) and financial markets.

Qualification

  • Postgraduate/Graduate in Management, Economics, Engineering
