Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dynatrace Support Engineer located in Panchkula. The Dynatrace Support Engineer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynatrace solutions. Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, diagnosing issues, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability. The engineer will also provide technical support, perform troubleshooting, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing Dynatrace Application Monitoring tools
• Strong skills in performance diagnostics, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance
• Experience in IT operations, systems monitoring, and application monitoring tools
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, servers, and networking for troubleshooting and system optimization
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills related to technical environments
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical training is preferred
• Prior experience with enterprise clients and understanding of IT infrastructure is a plus
