Role & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments (SaaS and Managed) and deploy OneAgents across application and infrastructure tiers.
- Design and implement monitoring strategies for microservices, containers, VMs, databases, and cloud services to deliver end-to-end observability.
- Create dashboards, custom charts, and alerting rules; define SLOs/SLIs and tune anomaly detection for actionable alerts.
- Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, logging/metrics stacks, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to automate incident lifecycle and remediation.
- Troubleshoot performance incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide remediation guidance to development and operations teams.
- Manage upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and knowledge transfer; produce runbooks and operational documentation.
