Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM customization, integrations, and development using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and business processes
- Develop and maintain CRM integrations with external systems using APIs and web services
- Configure forms, dashboards, and reports based on business requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development
- Experience with plugins, workflows, and custom workflow activities
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of Web API, REST/SOAP services, and integrations
- Familiarity with SQL Server and data migration tools
- Understanding of CRM architecture and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
