Dynamics CRM Functional consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into user stories and solution designs in collaboration with architects and developers.
• End-to-End Testing: Perform testing of user stories to ensure functionality; act as a proxy business user during UAT and write detailed test scenarios and cases.
• Release Management: Prepare and document release notes for deployments, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Solution Implementation: Leverage expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules to deliver effective solutions that align with business needs.
