We're looking for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to execute complex multi-country programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead multiple concurrent projects, applying best practices to manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while integrating HRIS and Legal ReOrg programs.
Project Oversight & Control: Ensure high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and budget adherence. Provide quality assurance over roll-outs and manage project dependencies.
Risk & Contingency Management: Proactively monitor and resolve risks and issues while ensuring alignment with OCS Group D365 standards.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement: Serve as the key contact for program sponsors, providing strategic updates to executive management. Foster strong senior-level relationships.
Partner & Vendor Management: Oversee implementation partners, negotiate scope changes, and establish best-practice methodologies.
Financial & Value Realization: Manage budgets, track financials, assess business impact, and maximize program success.
Travel Requirement: Ability to regularly travel across the APAC region to collaborate on-site with local delivery teams in India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore, as well as APAC leadership.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Experience: 15+ years as a Program Manager, leading complex initiatives in global environments.
Certifications:Prince 2, Agile, Lean 6Sigma (essential) | Preferred: PMP, CPM, MPM
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (critical for this role)
Finance & Operations Transformation: Proven success in leading Finance integration & transformation projects
Change Management: Desirable experience in driving organizational change.
