We are seeking aDynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associatewith 5+ years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure that the system meets their needs and delivers value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with business needs, focusing on modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Lead and participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide expert-level functional guidance, training, and support to end users to ensure the successful adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation on business processes, system configurations, and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Dynamics 365.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and releases, recommending improvements and new functionalities for clients.
- Assist in migrating legacy data into Dynamics 365 from existing systems.
- Work with technical consultants to define and implement customizations, integrations, and automations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users, ensuring smooth onboarding and system proficiency.
Skills Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experienceworking as a Dynamics 365 functional consultant or in a related role.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
- Proven ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working independently and within collaborative teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate) are strongly preferred.
