Ensure adherence to the marketing budget for residential projects
Strategic
Survey the global environment to identify best practices in the areas of branding, customer relations and customer care management for residential projects;
Provide inputs to superiors for developing appropriate strategies to address / incorporate the same in BEL
Operational
Maintain systems to capture regular market information and changing residential customer preferences
Handle residential customer enquiries via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents, walk-ins etc.); Develop a rapport with customers and arrange for / personally take the customer on site visits
Follow-up with customers to close bookings and collect timely payments
Liaise with authorized banks / financial institutions to secure loans for residential customers
Regularly interact with customers and respond to all customer queries and complaints; Escalate issues to the Project Sales Head – Marketing (Residential), if required
Work closely with customers to understand modifications / interior specifications; Promptly communicate the same to the Engineering Department
Coordinate with the Engineering, Legal and Liaison Departments to ensure timely handover and completion of possession formalities
Collate and maintain a database of residential sales agreements / deeds etc, customer feedback
Prepare MIS for residential sales on a timely basis; Periodically submit the same to the Manager – Marketing (Residential)
