Job Description

A. Capex Project Finance Controlling

1. Maintain Project Budget and Cash flows forecasting aligning the Project Operation team

2. Update financial projections based on actual performance

3. Track project costs, contracts, and expenditures.

4. Analyze variances between actuals and budgeted figures.

5. Project Bills /claims processing and updating monthly MIS and financial progress presentations

6. Identifying/highlighting Risks/Delay analysis to the management for proactive actions

7. Capitalisation of the Project Capex and ensuring all statutory complianecs of BOCW, Cess and others including Project imports etc

8. State Incentive Realisation and follow ups with Govt agencies

9. Working knowledge of SAP HANA FI & CO module

10. Inventory ageing analysis and liquidation planning

B. Accounts Payble and Treasury Opertations

1. Ensure timely and accurate booking of vendor invoices, credit/debit notes

2. Ensure timely Vendor payments ensuring Compliance to Payment Terms

3. Monthly Vendor Reconciliation and coordination with Projecvt and Operations team

4. Ensure adhereance to Internal Control Systems and Extermnal Rules and laws compliances

5. Analysing the vendor credit terms and improving the Credit management optimising the costs to the company

6. Assessing the monthly Limist reuirements for Vendors LC/Customer BG operations

7. Reviewing the credit facility availing for the business and optimum utilisation of the same

8. Ensuring Timely Opening/renewals of LC/BGs for Vendors and Customers and retrievals there of

C. Accounts and Audit

1.GL Scrutiny and Scrutiny of Trial Balance

2. Supervision of Accounting entries

3. Finalisation of monthly and quarterly Accounts

4. Dealing with Auditors like Statutory Auditors/Cost Auditors/Internal Auditors/Tax auditors etc and resolving audit queries for smooth closure of audit

Qualification: CA with 3-4 yrs of experience in finance and accounts.
