- Sales of Factory Automation Products VFD, Servo, PLC, HMI, Robot, Scada and Motion, LVS products.
- Strong Knowledge of all FAID Products Drive, VFD, Servo, PLC, HMI, Robot, Scada and Motion, LVS products.
- Candidate should have good exposure of front-end sales of VFD, HMI, PLC, Motion, LVS automation products and its various solutions.
- Strong Knowledge of Industrial sales - OEM/ END USER
- He/she needs to focus on new solution study & its promotion which will help to add values to OEM/ END USER to machines and try to give complete package solution with cost effective solution by adding various values to OEM/ END USER machine or line.
- Should work with OEM/ END USER and CP for achieving sales target
- Should work with focussed and targeted key OEM/ END USERs to gain business growth & create business awareness.
- He/she needs to ensure wider market reach & penetration of unexplored markets.
- Candidate should be able to interact and discuss with customers for the complete system requirement as per end user application and requirement.
- He/she should be competent in implementing effective solutions to customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment.
- Candidate should be able to arrange and conduct demonstration, presentation, seminars at customers end.
- Should be able to understand customer installed base and find out new business opportunity.
- Should be able to track market share and competitor's information.
- Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong methodical and problem-solving approach.
- Should know how to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales target and achieve it.
- Should have ability to understand entire knowledge of OEM/ END USER machine or line as per their industry and segment.
- Candidate to ensure support and smooth execution of projects.
- He/she should be able to identify prospective accounts from various sectors for business excellence.
- Should know effective relationship management with Key Customers to ascertain rendering quality service & business enhancement.
