Position: Dy. Chief Expert- Finance
Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project
Location: Ahemedabad/Delhi
Missions/Main Duties
This position shall report to Chief Expert-Contract. The activities shall include but not limited to:
- Responsible for overall coordination between financiers (if applicable).
- Assist the employer to review the contractors performance security, advance payment security and required insurances;
- Verify statements submitted by the Contractor to enable team leader to issue payment certificates such as interim payment certificates and final payment certificate etc.;
- Prepare the financial data of monthly/quarterly progress report and reconcile such information with Client's financial records;
- Assist the Client to reconcile physical progress with financial progress.
- Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).
Profile/Skills
Min. Qualification
Graduate in field of finance
Experience
(i) Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in infrastructure Projects**
(ii) 08 years of experience in financial management during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)(i) funded by Bilateral/Multilateral Development Banks/Agencies.
