Job Description
- To achieve all other targets part of the KPI / KRA
- Lead and develop a team of approx. 50 on-role employees
- Responsible for managing the Relationship aspect of Banks.
- This role would include managing all stakeholders in the Bank, and be the primary SPOC for all requirement of the Bank partner
- Launch new initiatives to drive Sales on Pan India India Basis
- Identify new business opportunities across all Business verticals of the bank, map relevant product propositions, and be responsible for end to end launch of the product, including IT integration
- To help in fulfill all regulatory requirements and channel requirements by liaisoning with relevant internal stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 12+ years of experience in insurance industry
- Problem solving aptitude
- Effective delegation skills, and team management abilities
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / IT
