About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled DuckCreek Policy Developer with strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy module development and integrations.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in C# implementation, SQL/ETL workflows, and insurance policy administration systems, and should be capable of taking lead-level ownership of technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions within the Duck Creek Policy Administration platform.
- Lead the implementation and customization of Duck Creek Policy components using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Build and maintain integrations between Duck Creek Policy and external enterprise systems.
- Develop data pipelines, SQL queries, and ETL processes to support policy administration workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during design, development, and deployment phases.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Duck Creek applications.
- Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy module development and configuration.
- Proven experience in C#/.NET development within Duck Creek implementations.
- Experience building Duck Creek integrations with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL processes for data transformation and migration.
- Solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policy administration processes.
- Ability to take lead-level ownership of design and implementation tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale Duck Creek Policy implementations or upgrades.
- Familiarity with Duck Creek Author, Express, and product configuration frameworks.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
