Seeking a highly skilled Duck Creek Lead Policy & Billing QA with an experience of 9 years to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in QA and testing, with strong focus on Genesys call center solutions.
- At least 9+ years of experience in Duck Creek Policy & Billing as QA.
- Sound understanding of P&C insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy Admin configuration, Duck Creek Billing, Manuscripts, rating, forms and workflows.
- Expertise in SIT, UAT, regression and E2E testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/ Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
