Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Home Loan and LAP through direct sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Identify and acquire new clients by sourcing leads and converting them in collaboration with channel partners.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines, standardized sales processes, and documentation norms for efficient and compliant closure of cases.
  • Maintain strong business relationships to drive sustained growth in the HL and LAP portfolio.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP vertical (mandatory)
  • Skillset: Strong sales orientation, understanding of loan documentation, and ability to work with channel partners
  • Other: Good communication and interpersonal skills, target-driven, and self-motivated
