Location: India (specify city or remote with travel)
Salary: Up to 1200000 INR/Year (Including Variable)
Experience: Minimum 4 + years in DSP/last-mile dispatch operations (ideally with Amazon DSPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end dispatch operations for the DSP account: route planning, rostering, rescues, driver coordination, performance tracking
- Interface with client (Amazon DSP client) and internal teams (NewFleet dispatch, operations, quality)
- Ensure SLA compliance, quality metrics, driver productivity, and escalate appropriately
- Use data and dashboards (Chime, Netradyne, scheduling tools) to monitor performance and drive improvements
- Lead a team of dispatchers, ensure training, accountability and shift-coverage
- Manage peak season planning, resource allocation and cost-control
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on DSP dispatch/last-mile experience
- Strong communication (English) and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with Excel, KPI tracking and escalation handling
- Leadership, team management, shift scheduling, 24/7 operations mindset
- Understanding of Amazon DSP standards and deliverables
