At Codegnan, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Java Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our team in Visakhapatnam. In this role, you will be the bridge between academia and the IT industry, shaping fresh graduates into strong, analytical programmers capable of clearing top-tier technical interviews. What You Will Do
- Deliver Engaging Lectures: Teach Core Java fundamentals, Data Structures (Arrays, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs, etc.), and Algorithms (Sorting, Searching, Dynamic Programming) to batches of fresh graduates.
- Build Problem Solvers: Focus heavily on logic building, time and space complexity ($O(N)$ analysis), and competitive programming strategies.
- Design Assessments: Create and evaluate coding challenges, mock interviews, and tests to track student progress and ensure mastery of logical concepts.
- Cultivate Talent: Provide constructive feedback, help students debug their logic, and foster a positive, encouraging environment for candidates transitioning into the tech industry.
What You Need to Succeed
- Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on command over Core Java and advanced Data Structures & Algorithms. You should be very comfortable solving and explaining LeetCode/HackerRank style problems.
- Training Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students specifically in DSA and problem-solving.
- Educational Background: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation degree is welcomewe value your coding and teaching skills above all.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain highly abstract mathematical and logical concepts simply and effectively.
