Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) Faculty, located in Patna. The DSA Faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality lectures and workshops on Data Structures and Algorithms to students. Responsibilities include designing course materials, mentoring students, assessing progress, and helping students develop a strong foundation in problem-solving techniques. Additional tasks may involve contributing to curriculum development and supporting academic activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms with expertise in analysis and implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in DSA such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Experience with teaching, explaining complex concepts, and mentoring students effectively.
• Good communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and the ability to create engaging learning materials.
• Experience with competitive programming, problem-solving platforms, or relevant certifications (preferred).
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (PhD or equivalent experience is a plus).
