Dear Candidate,

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician to support our drone assembly,

testing, and field operations. The role involves hands-on mechanical and electronic assembly,

soldering, hardware testing, and assisting engineers during drone flight trials. This position is

ideal for candidates with strong practical skills and an interest in UAV technology.

Key Responsibilities

Drone Assembly: Mechanical assembly of drone frames, motors, propellers, and related

components.

Soldering & Wiring: Perform high-quality soldering (SMD and through-hole) on PCBs and

complete wiring of flight controllers, ESCs, and power modules.

Hardware Testing: Use multimeters and basic electronic tools to test continuity, voltage

levels, and identify short circuits.

3D Printing: Operate 3D printers to manufacture drone parts as per designs provided by the

engineering team.

Field Support: Assist during drone flight testing, battery charging, storage, and maintenance.

Documentation Support: Maintain basic assembly and testing records as instructed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience in soldering (SMD and through-hole) and wire harnessing.

Proficiency in using multimeters, soldering stations, and standard hand tools.

Basic understanding of flight controllers such as Pixhawk or Cube and their connections.

Basic computer literacy to flash firmware and configure parameters under supervision.

Ability to follow technical instructions and work with attention to detail.

Willingness to support outdoor field testing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Prior experience working with drones, RC aircraft, or embedded electronics.

Basic understanding of LiPo batteries and safety practices
