Job Description

Job Summary

The Driver Guard Cum Bell Boy is responsible for ensuring safe transportation of guests, maintaining security vigilance within the premises, and providing courteous luggage handling and guest assistance services. This role combines driving, security awareness, and guest service to deliver a seamless hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties:

  • Safely transport guests, staff, and materials as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
  • Ensure all vehicle documents (license, insurance, permits) are valid and up to date.
  • Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.

Security Duties

  • Monitor entry and exit points and assist in maintaining security of the property.
  • Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the concerned department immediately.
  • Assist in emergency situations and support evacuation procedures when required.
  • Ensure proper handling of guest belongings with vigilance and care.

Bell Boy Duties

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and resort facilities.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements and local information.
  • Ensure lobby and entrance areas are neat and presentable at all times.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
  • Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as directed by the manager.
  • Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring consistent brand representation and integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid driving license (LMV/Transport as applicable).
  • Prior experience in driving and/or hospitality services preferred.
  • Basic communication skills in English and local language.
  • Good physical fitness to handle luggage and assist guests.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security practices.
