As an Associate Product Designer at Dresma, you will shape intuitive user experiences across our web and mobile applications. You will leverage strong product sense to understand user needs and create interfaces that make complex workflows feel effortless. Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from research and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototypes and design handoff.
- Create user journeys from scratch in Figma, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design decisions.
- Design website UI elements, landing pages, and marketing graphics to support brand and product initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that clearly communicate design intent to development teams.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business metrics.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in product design or UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and mobile platforms.
Desirable Skills & Certifications
- Strong proficiency in Figma with hands-on experience designing user journeys from scratch.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or e-commerce products.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- A strong learning and growth mindset with attention to detail and craft.
