Key Responsibilities:
The role incumbent will be responsible for drafting of architectural and interiors projects.
Operational deliverables:
- Modifying architectural drawings of high-rise apartments.
- Proficient in making municipal dwgs and area calculation.
- Making corrections of layout, general arrangement, drafting & detailing of the building project and areacalculation for building project.
- AutoCAD drafting of complete civil interiors or MEP work, Employee responsibility also includes site survey,draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross- sections.
- Resolving drawing related Issues.
- Brochure plans in photoshop.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Diploma from reputed institute
- Proficient in Auto CAD 2D/3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, sketch up and MS Office
- Experience in residential / commercial projects in real estate industry for at least 5-6 years.
