Draftsman – Telecom (Design)

The Draftsman supports infrastructure project design and development by creating accurate technicaldrawings and models. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration withengineers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality drafting services that adhere to industry

standards and regulatory requirements. By staying updated with industry developments and software,maintaining organized project records, and meeting project timelines, the Draftsman enhances projectdelivery, organizational reputation, and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify technical drawings, plans, and details using AutoCAD software.
• Develop and maintain accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for Steel and RCC structures.
• Assist in RCC and Steel analysis and design under guidance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, documents, and project data.
• Learn and adapt to new design software, tools, and techniques

Key Performance Indicators:

• Quality and Accuracy - Achieve 99% error-free drawings and models and maintain 100%compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Productivity and Efficiency - Completion of assigned drawings/models per week/month within thepre-defined TAT.
• Collaboration and Communication - Respond to 95% of requests within 24 hours.
