Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman located in Pune at Pandit Joshi & Associates. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring that designs meet the required specifications, and revising drawings as necessary based on feedback. The Draftsman will also manage documentation, maintain drawing logs, and ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and creating technical drawings
• Should be aware of by-laws as defined in UDCPR, DCPR.
• Knowledge of Pre-DCR process will be a plus point.
• Experience in collaborating with architects and engineers
• Strong understanding of building and construction standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage documentation and maintain drawing logs
• A diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
