Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to transform spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You'll collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life from initial concept to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to define project objectives, design concepts, and budgets.
Develop creative interior design concepts for residential towers, villas, hotels, and commercial retail spaces.
Prepare mood boards, space plans, and detailed interior layouts.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Create high-quality 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, lighting designers, and other consultants to ensure design integrity.
Review shop drawings, conduct site inspections, and manage design execution on-site.
Oversee procurement and ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies in interior design.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
510 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in high-rise residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, 3ds Max, Enscape).
In-depth understanding of materials, lighting, color theory, and spatial composition.
Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of building codes, fire safety, and accessibility standards.
