We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural / Interior Design Draftsman to join our team.
If you have a strong command of working drawings and enjoy translating design concepts into precise technical documentation, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural/Interior drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for revisions and updates.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to building codes and office standards.
- Support the design team through all project stages, from design development to execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 38 years of experience as a Draftsman in an architectural firm.
- Experience in hospitality projetcs will be considered an addded advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and construction practices.
