Overview
WOPV is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team and contribute to exciting residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert design concepts into accurate working drawings and construction documents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Develop concept drawings and design layouts based on architect/client requirements
- Create accurate construction documentation and technical drawings
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Visit project sites to ensure drawings are being executed correctly
- Assist in space planning and design development
- Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and project documentation
- Support smooth project delivery through effective coordination and communication
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop
- Strong drafting, detailing, and technical drawing skills
- Ability to prepare working drawings and coordinate with site teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of architectural standards and construction detailing
