Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Drafter for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and designs in accordance with project specifications. This role includes collaborating with designers and architects, transforming conceptual designs into precise technical drawings, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices. Proficient in technical and electrical drawings and cable in site supervision.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Floor plans,
• Furniture detailed drawings,
• Wall Elevations,
• Wardrobe,
• Kitchen Vanity drawings,
• Electrical Plans, etc.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience
• Should be proficient with site measurements and site executions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
• Strong understanding of architectural design, layouts, and building materials
• Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach in producing drawings
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a design and execution team
• Familiarity with local construction practices and relevant building codes
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field
