Job Description

Prepare data requirements as per defined formats by collating data from units or other departments.
Collate data for trainers as required for:
IIBF training, certification, and trained status
IIBF training batch coordination
LMS reports
Training recording repositories
Code of Conduct refreshers: attendance, recordings, and feedback
Infographic reports
Attrition calling and data collation
Complaint tracker
Certificates audit
NAS drive data management
Ensure accurate and timely submission of MIS/data related to the above activities.
Extract reports from applications like IDMS, NCH reports, LMS, and others.
Accurately extract and tabulate data as per defined processes.
Store reports as per defined processes (hard & soft copy).
Maintain records in both soft and hard copy formats as per Bank's standards.
Process payments and follow up as per defined processes and TATs.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in content submission.
