We Are Looking For A Skilled Salesforcehubspot Integration Specialist To Manage And Optimize The Flow Of Data, Automation, And Reporting Across Both Platforms.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Hands-On Experience With Salesforce Crm, Hubspot Marketing Hub, And Integration Tools Such As Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft, Or Hubspots Native Salesforce Connector.

This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Sales, Marketing, And Customer Lifecycle Processes, And The Ability To Design Seamless, Scalable Crm-Marketing Automation Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, Implement, And Maintain Salesforcehubspot Integrations To Support Marketing, Sales, And Customer Success Teams.
  • Ensure Data Consistency And Synchronization Between Salesforce Crm And Hubspot Marketing Hub.
  • Build And Maintain Automation Workflows, Lead Scoring, And Segmentation Strategies In Hubspot.
  • Collaborate With Marketing And Sales Operations Teams To Enhance Lead Management, Campaign Tracking, And Pipeline Visibility.
  • Customize And Optimize Salesforce Objects, Reports, Dashboards, And Automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex If Needed).
  • Monitor Integration Health And Troubleshoot Sync Issues, Duplicates, Or Data Discrepancies.
  • Support Data Migration, Clean-Up, And Deduplication Efforts Across Both Systems.
  • Partner With Analytics Teams To Align Reporting Across Platforms (E.

, Attribution, Lead Conversion, Campaign Roi).

  • Provide Training And Documentation For End-Users And Stakeholders.
  • Stay Updated On Salesforce And Hubspot Feature Releases And Recommend Enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 Years Of Total Crm/Marketing Automation Experience, With At Least 3+ Years In Salesforce And Hubspot.
  • Strong Understanding Of Hubspot Marketing Hub (Forms, Workflows, Email Marketing, Lead Scoring, Campaigns).
  • Proven Experience Managing And Troubleshooting Salesforcehubspot Integrations (Native Or Via Third-Party Tools).
  • Proficiency In Salesforce Configuration (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Reports).
  • Experience With Data Integration Platforms Such As Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft, Tray.Io, Or Hubspot Operations Hub.
  • Understanding Of Lead Lifecycle Management, Sales Funnels, And B2b Marketing Automation Best Practices.
  • Strong Analytical Skills With Experience Building Dashboards And Reports Across Systems.
  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
