Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in ASP.NET (MVC/Web API) and React.js to join our dynamic development team.

In this role, you will work across the entire software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and architecture design to application development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.

This position requires expertise in backend development with .NET technologies, modern frontend development using React.js, and strong SQL skills. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless, high-performing applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development

·    Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.

·    Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, including components, hooks, and state management.

·    Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices.

Database & API Work

·    Develop optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.

·    Work on database tuning and performance optimization in SQL Server.

·    Integrate backend systems with frontend components using RESTful APIs.

·    Work with third-party libraries, external APIs, and cloud-based services when required.

Collaboration & Process

·    Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams to define and deliver new features.

·    Participate actively in requirement analysis, effort estimation, sprint planning, and design discussions.

·    Provide technical guidance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and propose alternative solutions as needed.

Testing & Maintenance

·    Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance checks, and enhancements on existing systems.

·    Conduct unit testing and review code to ensure high quality and adherence to coding standards.

·    Support deployment activities and assist in continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional development experience with:
• ASP.NET / .NET Core (MVC, Web API)
• React.js (Hooks, Components, State Management)
• SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures, optimization)
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or cloud services.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
