Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications on .NET Core & .NET Framework.
- Lead/mentor teams (for Manager & Lead roles) across Agile/Scrum lifecycles.
- Build scalable cloud-native apps leveraging Azure (App Services, SQL, ADFS, CI/CD, DevOps).
- Drive full stack development with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular/React, SQL Server, Web API.
- Ensure application security (SDL, OWASP) and compliance with IT policies.
- Foster innovation, mentor engineers, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular/ReactJS, SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services, SSIS, MS Access/VBA.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, design patterns, Agile methodologies, DevOps/TFS.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and manage technical debt.
- Domain knowledge in BFSI/Insurance is an advantage.
